We do not offer refunds however you can return the item in exchange for another providing this is done within 7 days of receiving it. All tags must be on the item and there must be no damage. We do a full quality check of our clothing before it is shipped therefore if you receive it with any damage etc this will have occurred during transit and in this instance please email us - hannabellauk@gmail.com 

Please ensure you check the item as soon as possible so that if you do not like it or it does not fit you can get an exchange. Any difference in price will be credited via a voucher that may be used on our website.
